Replacement better than buying complete new set, 27 Feb 2011

Amazon Verified Purchase(What is this?)
This review is from: Friedland Libra Charcoal Push with LED D262

It seemed a bit extravagant to buy a complete new wireless doorbell set just because the bell push was a bit sticky, so I had a look on Amazon to see if it was possible to buy just the push on its own.
This is what I found. It’s very easy to install (less than 10 minutes), and worked straight away. One thing that I should mention is that the casing of the bell push is fractionally longer than the original, so it it necessary to drill one new hole when fixing it to the doorframe.

Keeps giving up the ghost…….., 24 Mar 2012

I’m fed up with continually replacing these things. I’ve gone through 3 in as many years…….they just stop working for no reason (batteries replaced, solder checked, etc but can’t find any obvious fault).

Time to buy a from a different manufacturer I guess.

Bell push with LED, 13 Mar 2012

The old bell push refused to work and I was considering buying a whole new system, but then read on Amazon that the bell push would work with older base units. Voila up and running again
